Returns & Refund Policy

At Purrfait, we are dedicated to providing premium products for you and your pets. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our inventory. While we hope that you are delighted with every order, we understand that there are occasions where a return may be necessary.
Please read our policy carefully below to ensure your return meets our strict eligibility criteria.

Return Eligibility Window

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.
Requests for returns made after this 30-day period has elapsed will not be accepted.

Condition of Returns

To maintain our health and safety standards, Purrfait enforces an Unopened and Unused policy.

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received.
  • Sealed Packaging: The product must remain in its original, factory-sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with.
  • Tags and Inserts: All original tags, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included and intact.

If a returned item is received by our warehouse and found to be opened, used, or damaged by the customer, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. You may opt to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense.

Processing & Restocking Fees

Please be aware that all eligible returns are subject to a 10% processing and restocking fee.
This fee covers the administrative costs, inspection of the goods upon return, and inventory restocking processes. This amount will be deducted automatically from the total refund amount.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to Purrfait.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Purrfait is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats, supplements).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).

  • Exceptions: The 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs are waived if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
  • Proof: Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage to contact@purrfait.com

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email our customer service team at contact@purrfait.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Do not send items back without prior approval.
  3. Pack Your Return: Securely pack the unopened item in its original box. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship: Send the package via a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (minus the 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs).
  • Timeline: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
